Handysoft signs first New Zealand partner

US-BASED workflow management software company Handysoft has signed up its first New Zealand partner following its Australasian launch this month.

SilentOne (NZ) will be reseller for its Corporate Governance Accelerator product and BizFlow Enterprise Business Process Management platform.

Robert Whiter, Handysoft’s ANZ general manager, says it is about to sign up a second partnership with Techtonics in Wellington. Whiter describes his products as software tools that systems integrators will onsell to customers as part of a wider solution. He claims the products are easier to use than earlier workflow management tools and give a “bigger bang for your buck in legacy systems”.

To date, Handysoft has no New Zealand customers, but Australian customers include QBE Insurance, Aurora Energy, the Department of Heritage and Planning, plus Transport Australia. Australian partners include LogicaCMG, Hummingbird, Alphawest, Knowledge Partners, Schumacher and Z-Co.
