Datastor is hosting its largest multi-vendor seminar to date in Wellington and Auckland this month.
Over 16 vendors will present a number of multi-track sessions and workshops on issues surrounding data security, protection and management at the Datastor Forum.
A key-note address will be delivered by platinum sponsors EMC, while other vendors presenting sessions include CommVault, StorageTek, IBM, Computer Associates and American Power Conversion (APC).
Issues to be covered include information life cycle management, second-tiered sto-rage, aligning storage spending with business value and how to manage data recovery.
The vendors will also offer architectural sessions around design and implementation and will host demonstration booths.
Datastor says this is the largest number of vendors it has assembled for a single event and it plans to make it an annual occurrence as it provides resellers and their customers with an opportunity to interact with relevant vendors dealing with the security, protection and management of data.
The forum takes place in Wellington on October 19 and Auckland on October 21.
