One Epson puts emphasis on genuine products

EPSON’S Australasian business systems division has relaunched its channel programme in a bid to persuade customers to buy its point-of-sale products from authorised dealers.

The One Epson programme comes after several incidents where retailers have purchased Epson-branded POS products that were not configured, or didn’t have the regulatory approval, for the ANZ market.

Customers who buy from an authorised distributor - Cashflow Retail Systems in New Zealand - are guaranteed full technical support.

Epson Business Systems says it is committing resources to support its multi-tier channel consisting of One-Epson distributors, system partners, integrators and resellers. The company says it wants its channel partners to grow their business by providing genuine, quality products that are backed by support.
