AUSTRALIAN distributor Frontier Solutions is on the lookout for resellers to take on Pro Tech Communications’ NoiseBuster headphones.
Paul Hughes, Frontier Solutions director, says that unlike retailers, resellers can sell into different segments such as travel or health and safety.
“I’m looking for people servicing different industries. A lot of the demand for NoiseBuster is from people using their computer for non-traditional functions such as VoIP, gaming and home entertainment,” he says.
Hughes says resellers currently selling into call centres could use the product as an up-sell opportunity and points out that within New Zealand’s stringent health and safety sector there could be an untapped market for noise reduction.
“We’ve found people are using them to reduce office noise and overseas resellers are selling bundles with laptops and PCs.”
He believes the quality of NoiseBuster to be superior to the more expensive Bose, although admits that Bose excels in the comfort area.
