COMMUNICATION software developer Tele-ware is delighted to have received international recognition after winning a Frost and Sullivan Excellence in Mobile Communication award last week.
Mike Blanchard, Teleware managing director ANZ, says the award came as something of a surprise. “We had been working with Frost and Sullivan in India and the next thing we were presented with this award. I think it endorses the fact that analysts are seeing Teleware as an emerging player and that adds credibility,” he says.
Blanchard points out that the award isn’t part of a competition but something a company is singled out to receive, based on analysis by Frost and Sullivan.
Frost and Sullivan says it selected Teleware for its development of innovative communication software tools and solutions for mobile workers, in particular its intelligent number, intelligent message centre and intelligent conference products.
Blanchard says Teleware’s suite connects workers to an intelligent communication network, regardless of whether they are in the office, or remotely using a laptop, PDA or mobile phone.
