Expose your tattoo to Datastor

The third year of its Forum event will be the biggest and most valuable yet, Datastor predicts. Sales and marketing manager Dave Rosenberg says over half of the approximately 300 attendees achieved in previous years have already registered, prior to formal invitations being sent.

“This year there are more vendors and interest from the resellers is higher,” he says. “It will be an educational day, a fun day and a good chance for networking.” Prizes will include cash, a wine fridge and a TV, and there will be an intriguing competition to find the most creative place for a Datastor tattoo.

New vendors are IBM and Riverbed, and Rosenberg says all major vendors from previous years are involved again. This year the event will include an additional focus on storage optimisation.

The Forum runs in Auckland and Wellington on 17 and 19 October.
