Frontrange Solutions has added Smart 1 Solutions to its New Zealand Goldmine customer relationship management (CRM) resellers, seeking a nationwide partner-support base.
Smart 1 will resell and integrate the program, as well as offering training.
Frontrange ANZ channels manager Natalie Parsa says it wanted to bolster local support.
“The New Zealand market is a very parochial market and having the right skills and support where you are is really important,” she says.
Wellington-based Smart 1, established last year by Gordon Smart, joins other local Goldmine partners Savio Solutions, Complete Solutions, GlobalTech and Olympic Software.
He has previously implemented and administered the Goldmine CRM system, and says he has identified some Wellington firms, and others in nearby areas, who could also be partners.
“There’s definitely people around who are interested,” Smart says.
“A lot of support was up in Auckland and I think that’s a problem generally with New Zealand. Businesses in other areas often don’t have local support, especially small and medium businesses.”
