CA’s George Hladilo, recently promoted to the newly created role of Australia/New Zealand channel sales director, is focusing on ‘channelising’ key technologies including higher end security and storage, systems management and service optimisation.
Hladilo says a high priority is to “really solidify our bread and butter storage and security business.”
“We also want to take the enterprise toolsets we’ve got and really start to ‘channelise’ them,” he says.
Hladilo says the company has been transitioning for a number of years, including the completion of several acquisitions, but wants to focus on taking key products to market through the channel.
“There’ll be a small number of technologies, there’s nothing worse than losing focus,” he says.
Hladilo, now Sydney based, previously carried out the equivalent channel sales role in New Zealand. Until late last year he worked from Auckland.
In his new role, he reports to CA’s channel and alliances director Michael Bosnar.
