Viewsonic PJ588D

Viewsonic has upgraded its projector line with the release of the PJ588D.

Designed for use in variably lit boardrooms, conference rooms and classrooms, the PJ588D has a contrast ratio of 2100:1, delivering clear and vivid images for presentations in any light. It weighs 2.7kg and is easy to transport between locations and meeting rooms. It has a native resolution of 1024 x 768 XGA. The PJ588D also features a brightness of 3000 lumens and a daylight sensor, which automatically detects ambient light and adjusts the projected brightness accordingly.

For added video source flexibility, the unit can be connected to a computer or users can add a video source for viewing CDs, DVDs and video tapes. It also supports HD signals including 720p and 1080i. The eco mode on the projector reduces noise output and extends the life of the lamp up to 3000 hours. For added security, the PJ588D features a security password to protect the projector from unauthorised use or theft.

RRP: $3409
