Experienced HP staff take on new roles

HP’s desire to strengthen its channel relationships has led to long standing employees Ali Fleming and Lotte Maxwell being promoted to new positions.

Fleming is now channel services and education manager, a newly created role.

She says this is an exciting opportunity and looks forward to working more closely with channel partners.

“I have very strong relationships in the services and marketing areas and want to grow these. I’ll be responsible for maintaining and extending HP’s channel services business.”

Previously Fleming worked in the service solutions department. She has been at HP for more than eight years.

Maxwell is the new channel and education delivery manager. Her previous role was leading consumer services for HP’s imaging and printing group. Maxwell has been at HP for four years.

She says this new role will offer her fresh challenges.

“My main responsibility is to make sure HP Services continues to build a portfolio of channel and delivery partners in the corporate market. HP would not be where it is in New Zealand without channel partners and this is an area the company is looking to strengthen.”

Maxwell will also mange the education and certification programmes and administer HP’s authorised business solution partner programme.
