Cisco has launched a promotion aimed at more quickly building an effective channel for its small-business product range.
Hook, Line and Cisco lets tier two resellers form teams of up to five staff and accumulate points for the best group name, attending vendor events, product sales and training. The team with the most points by 15 February next year will win a beach party and fishing trip at Motuihe Island off Auckland.
Partners have to complete Select small business certification and exceed a revenue target by ten percent.
“We’ve launched the Small Business Communications Server and subsequent versions and we’ve got a pretty full SME product line now. We need a full channel to take it to market and we’re trying to give people a reason to do it faster,” says operations and marketing regional manager Suzanne Hansen.
The programme began in mid-October.
