Education addition to Kaseya training programme

Local Kaseya partners have more training options with the launch of the education element of its Empower programme.

The programme is a set of tools and support resources for implementing the Kaseya IT automation framework. Two paths are available within the programme – product education and business transformation.

Australia and New Zealand country manager Tim Dickinson says he expects good partner uptake for the training.

“There are around 25 Kaseya partners in New Zealand at the moment. The majority of reseller training is done online and because the Empower education component is new, Kaseya hasn’t yet tracked how many of these partners have been using the training facilities. But I’m very confident they will be keen to take part.”

Dickinson says partners can choose from live or self-paced training.

“The live option only takes three hours of instructor-led training to cover the knowledge needed to put the Kaseya IT automation framework into operation. This is perfect for partners who don’t want to spend too much time away from their core business.”

The self-paced mode includes web-based recorded presentations that guide partners through the set up, configuration and deployment of the automation framework.
