Automation for core Companies Office systems

IT suppliers are sought by the Ministry of Economic Development to automate the Companies Office core systems.

According to request for proposal (RFP) documents, the Ministry aims to replace a manual processing system and deliver a more user friendly web-based solution for the Companies Office website.

This tender is for usability services during analysis and design for the project. A separate closed tender for a software vendor will be made for the system requirements and development.

According to the RFP, the majority of the work will be carried out in Auckland. However, some analysis and design may take place in Christchurch or Wellington.

The deadline for replies is Monday, April 28. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 21420.
