MIT needs payroll makeover

MIT needs payroll makeover

The Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) in Auckland is looking for a vendor to provide new financial and payroll systems.

According to Registration of Interest (ROI) documents released this week, its current systems are more than 10 years old and no longer meet financial and management reporting requirements. A vendor’s ROI does not have to apply to both the financial and payroll systems, but each must be capable of interfacing with the other system.

MIT needs specifications of the applications that vendors are able to provide, three referees and a list of educational institutions or public sector service organisations that currently use the vendor’s software.

The deadline for replies is Friday, May 2. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICNNZ reference 21537.
