Secure portals sought by Ministry of Health

The Ministry of Health is looking for a supplier to implement a secure IT portal.

According to request for proposal (RFP) documents released this week, the Ministry needs a single secure portal framework be put in place to support both public and sector/government communities.

The RFP also states that the vendor needs to provide a detailed design of how the software will be deployed, support and establish two secure portal pilots as well as install and configure the Ministry’s chosen software suite.

The pilot portals will include collaboration for sector-based users and public information for a particular public user community. This will be a three-year commercial agreement.

The deadline for replies is Tuesday, May 13. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 21567.
