Business software provider Greentree has launched a new online portal to increase the amount and searchability of information, and to boost partner collaboration.
Go Fetch, Greentree’s online facility for education, training and consultant help, is available to consultants, salespeople and developers on both sides of the Tasman. It gives access to white papers, training and marketing material and new blogs.
CEO Peter Dickinson acknowledges the concept of a partner knowledge base isn’t new, but says the volume of information and the search capabilities are unique aspects of Go Fetch, along with an emphasis on information sharing.
“We have an ethos within our partner network of sharing. Just how searchable and retrievable the information is, is what’s getting people excited.”
Dickinson says it previously had disparate repositories of information through file transfer protocol sites.
The new portal was built on technology developed by locally-headquartered web developer Straker Interactive.
