Ministry of Justice seeks multifunction supplier to partner Gen-i

The Ministry of Justice in Wellington is looking for a supplier of Multifunction Device (MFD) hardware and support services. According to registration of interest (ROI) documents released this week, the Ministry needs the MFD hardware to replace its national fleet of 1200 printers. Over time it expects to have to replace 80 to 90 percent of the printers.

The ROI also states the Ministry has appointed Gen-i as its IT delivery partner. This means the successful vendor will need to work directly with Gen-i in terms of procurement, first-line support services and account management relationships.

The vendor must have been an established provider of MFDs locally for at least three years and have at least two-years experience working with public service agencies or commercial organisations. It also must provide Wellington-based account and service delivery relationships.

The deadline for replies is Tuesday, May 13. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 21711.
