NIWA Hamilton tenders for new IT vendor

The National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA) research centre in Hamilton is looking for a new IT service management partner.

According to Expression of Interest documents released this week, NIWA wants to review its IT service management and delivery processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency based around the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).

Vendors should be experts in the field of ITIL consulting and have experience delivering ITIL based change. NIWA also requires the successful vendor to have a history of IT service management.

Short listed vendors will be invited to submit a proposal that includes references and other information.

The deadline for replies is Monday, June 30. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 22273.
