Statistics New Zealand tenders for web information architecture system

Statistics New Zealand in Wellington is looking for a supplier for the provision of a web-based content management software solution.

According to request for proposal (RFP) documents released this week the department wants to replace its current content management system.

Statistics New Zealand is using Microsoft CMS version 2002 SP2 to publish content to its websites. The RFP states that by next year, Microsoft will be offering only limited support with full support being withdrawn in 2011.

The department wants to move to a new web information architecture and migrate all content from its websites to the new platform.

The deadline for replies is Wednesday, August 20. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 22622.
