Otago/Southland Health Boards seek financial software

The Otago and Southland District Health Boards want to install a new financial software budgeting tool.

According to request for proposal (RFP) documents released this week, the two Health Boards serve a population of around 285,000 people and the request is part of a regional procurement strategy.

The software system will have to be integrated with the Health Boards financial systems. These systems include Oracle database version 9i, Oracle Financials version 11.5.9, People Manager and CHRIS payroll system.

The RFP also states that a key outcome of the tender will be the development of a working relationship between the two Health Boards and a supplier which results in the delivery of a high commitment to customer service.

The deadline for replies is Monday, September 1. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference number 22821.
