IRD needs KiwiSaver tech support

The Inland Revenue department in Wellington needs a financial-savvy supplier to work with its KiwiSaver B2B team. The B2B operation is a link between Inland Revenue and KiwiSaver providers.

According to request for proposal documents the supplier will be providing technical support services, initially at Inland Revenue’s premises in Wellington and then offsite at the supplier’s office.

The services will include day to day management of Inland Revenue’s B2B process, out of hours support for the department and assisting the wider KiwiSaver team with supporting its scheme providers.

The deadline for replies is Thursday, September 11. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference number 22881.
