The Bay of Plenty Polytechnic in Tauranga is after a new student management information system (SMIS).

According to request for proposal documents released this week, the Polytechnic wants to upgrade the SMIS for its future needs. Services are required for its campuses in Tauranga and Edgecumbe.

The RFP states that it needs new functionalities such as a staff logon, compatibility with Microsoft Office products and workflow processing.

The deadline for replies is Friday, October 31. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference number 23670.
