Zeacom’s Belinda Tucker aims to deepen partners’ knowledge of its unified communications offerings in her new role as senior account manager.
Previously the company's implementation and training manager, Tucker will now provide training and consultancy for both the channel and clients.
General manager Martin Davis says the move was a response to demand from Zeacom’s partners.
“Channel partners are asking us for more training, so they can provide a better service to clients and proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts,” he says.
Zeacom also plans to expand its reseller enablement programme next year with more user groups, roadshows, site visits and regional meetings with partners.
