SPARC spotlight on website monitor

Sport and Recreation New Zealand in Wellington is seeking a vendor to evaluate and further develop a Mission On Youth-branded website.

According to request for proposal documents released this week, the site aims to encourage young people to become more active and eat more healthily. It targets five to 12-year-olds and was launched last February.

The vendor will have to evaluate the short-term impacts of the website, such as early signs of behavioural change in children using it.

They will also need to develop regular monitoring and reporting processes for the website.

The deadline for replies is Friday, November 7. More details are available on the Government Electronic tenders website under ICCNZ reference number 23913.
