The Southland and Otago District Health Boards require a software application as they look to improve current expense claim processes.
According to expressions of interest documents released last week, the Boards want the application to speed up the claim process for both employees and accounts processing. This will be achieved by installing an application with automated approval rules and other such controls included.
The project has a budget of up to $10,000. Software may be integrated with the Board's Oracle ERP system.
The deadline for replies is December 9. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 24243.
