Ministry of Fisheries seeks email archiving

The Ministry of Fisheries in Wellington is looking to appoint an email archive provider. According to request for proposal documents released this week, the Ministry has to meet the requirements of the Public Records Act and needs to manage the substantial email volumes that have built up.

The provider will have to reduce the amount of storage space required and provide a seamless user interface to all emails that flow between head office, district offices and overseas.

The deadline for replies is Friday, January 30. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 24619.
