ViFX buddies up with NetApp

NetApp has appointed Auckland virtualisation company ViFX as its locally based-certified delivery partner for services.

The NetApp Certified Delivery Partner (CDP) programme provides customers with NetApp solutions and services via specialist value-added partners who have been trained by the company.

Director of channels for NetApp, Scott Morris, said storage services is an area that needs a specialised focus.

“We appointed ViFX as our first CDP in New Zealand, because the ViFX team has the specific skills and knowledge to help our customers solve their technology challenges, particularly in the virtualisation space.”

ViFX will engage with NetApp channel partners when the partner is selling NetApp services to a customer.

Diversus Group, a services delivery specialist, based out of NetApp’s Australian offices also works as a New Zealand delivery partner.
