The Department of Labour is looking for a consultant to brief it on ITIL-based service desk requirements.
According to request for tender documents released last week, ICT services is a major part of the department's operations.
To enable the delivery of services, a single service desk is being established to provide a central point of contact for department staff and an operational point for managing IT incidents.
