Microsoft's Ferguson lands customer and partner experience director role

Jan Ferguson, who joined Microsoft as its local small business team manager in 2004, has now taken on the role of Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) director.

She was most recently its group segment manager for small and medium business and the public sector, and she has previously managed HP's small and medium business group here.

"Essentially I see my role as being the voice of customers and partners within Microsoft.  The more we listen to them and make improvements the better partner we will be."

Microsoft New Zealand general Manager Kevin Ackhurst says Ferguson’s business acumen and strong history of working closely with customers and partners will be invaluable in her new role.
