The New Zealand Transport Authority requires a solution for its contact centre. According to request for proposal documents released last week, the solution must be compatible with its current VoIP system.
It is seeking proposals from suppliers that have the skills, capabilities and resources to implement a contact centre solution that fits the existing needs of the business in terms of a compatible technology interface.
