US multi-enterprise applications provider Axway has opened an office in Sydney to service the Australasian market. The company will be providing sales and training support for channel partners and enterprise customers. Its products include Tumbleweed security offerings.
The company has also appointed John Lee as Pacific, Australia and New Zealand regional manager.
According to Axway’s regional vice president Stree Naidu, the office is a key component of the introduction of the brand.
“This venue will cater for future growth of our local staff and is key to our channel expansion focus. John will be launching the Axway channel partner programme for the first time in Australia and New Zealand. We want to hear from potential reseller and system integrator partners that are interested in addressing initiatives for leveraging information technology investments across all industry- particularly in the areas of compliance, software integration and collaboration,” says Naidu.
Training programmes are currently underway for the Axway Synchrony product set of software components, collaborative offerings as well as the Tumbleweed product set for managed file transfer, email security, email encryption and identity validation.
