The University of Otago wants to appoint a single provider who can assist with an ongoing review of the University’s computer consumables.
According to request for proposal documents released last week, the University wants to integrate its on-line ordering solution MarketSite with the contractor’s own electronic product catalogue.
Expenditure incurred via MarketSite is transferred through the University’s financial information system, Finance One, to the relevant department.
The University wants a supplier who can deliver services at the best possible price. The provider is expected to work with the University to test a hosted product catalogue to enable staff to place orders through MarketSite.
