Harvey caretaking at IBM ahead of Troughton replacement

IBM Australia board member John Harvey is acting in a leadership role at the local office while the vendor finalises who will replace outgoing managing director Katrina Troughton.

Spokesperson Courtney Allen says Harvey has been responsible for "operational overview" since IBM announced Troughton's departure in late January.

Troughton has been combining her new role as Shanghai-based director of WebShare in the growth markets division with the New Zealand country manager role, Allen says.
