Kodak in the market for new distribution partner

Kodak is seeking a new distribution partner for its New Zealand operations.

The move comes after SellAgence announced an amicable end to its relationship with the company. Kodak A/NZ general manager for commercial consumer, Grant Smith, says he is saddened by the loss of SellAgence as a partner, but says change will bring opportunity.

“Regardless of who our partner is, Kodak’s commitment to the New Zealand market place has not changed. We have a strong retail presence in New Zealand via our successful Kodak Express programme as well as our other channel partners and we will continue to support them.”

According to a statement, Kodak is working to confirm the new partner and will advise customers once it has made a decision.

“During the transition period, business continuity is of the utmost importance and will be the main focus as discussions continue. This process is expected to take some weeks, possibly longer, and until then it is very much business as usual with SellAgence,” says Smith.
