The vendor has released a software upgrade for its ProxySG WAN optimisation offering, which includes a new configuration wizard aimed at simplifying and speeding up installation.
Blue Coat’s vice president of worldwide channel and field marketing, Kirsten McCrabb, says the global incentive programme fosters consultative relationships between partners and customers.
The BlueBox Equipment Programme offers partners the opportunity to buy evaluation equipment at discounted prices, while the Blue Coat Online Learning Lab and BlueSource partner portal provide training, technical and marketing resources. Additionally, the BlueTouch Support Partner programme assists partners working with customers on support issues.
