Security company Check Point has decided to reward resellers for every software appliance they sell. The company has launched a programme called `Check Point rocks the box’ for A/NZ resellers.
For every dollar made the reseller earns one `Check Point’, which can be redeemed at different intervals to claim Prepaid Visa cards up to the value of $5000. The more sales made means the more `Check Points’ earned and the higher the value of the reward.
A/NZ regional director Scott McKinnel says the programme is designed to help the company invigorate relationships with its partners.
“We also want to engage with resellers who may not have sold Check Point before – everyone is encouraged to join the programme and begin earning points.”
He adds that even in the tough economic climate, reducing security is a measure no business can afford.
“This opens up a real opportunity for resellers who take the time to understand the specific challenges of their customers, and use their knowledge to provide the correct solutions to meet their customers' business needs.”
There are 11 Check Point software packages in the programme, ranging from security to power appliances. The programme runs until September 18.
