Commvault will release its global Commvalue programme in New Zealand and Australia in May.
The programme of professional services, education and customer support aims to help partners offering its Simpana software, a suite comprising backup, archive, replication, resource management and search programmes.
On the new partner portal, partners can access Commvault services methodology, education resources, support from subject matter experts and engineers. Enterprise partners are offered the CommVault solution desk for validating prospects through demonstration and qualification, and Not for Resale software.
Commvault has recently released version 8 of Simpana. It says the new release includes advances in recovery management, data reduction, virtual server management and content organisation.
“With the Commvalue programme … partners now have at their disposal a complete and repeatable programme of professional services, education and customer service capabilities that are tried and tested, says Robert Brower, vice president of services and technical support for Commvault.
“Commvalue arms partners with the tools to more easily extend to customers the operational efficiency and economic benefits of Simpana software.”
Partners in other countries will have access to Commvalue from 1 April.
