New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) is looking for a preferred software development supplier. The agreement will be for two years.
According to request for proposal documents released this week, NZTE has an ongoing programme of work that is required to ensure its IT environment meets the current needs of the business, while also being positioned to meet future requirements.
Some of the projects that are running include a three-month project using internal IT staff, along with a 12-month project using internal staff and third parties to select and implement a new core business application.
IT projects may be sourced from Auckland or Wellington. NZTE has existing preferred supplier relationships for project management that will operate in addition to this agreement.
The deadline for replies is May 11, 2009. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 25782.
