Moving away from its dark grey, white and black logo, and company has introduced a bright green background and a new tagline – We know IT, We talk IT, We Sell IT.
Sales and marketing manager Dave Rosenberg says the distributor wants to reflect its core values – authority stemming from knowing about talking technology and adding value by offering technology the way businesses want it.
Rosenberg says the new colour also has connotations around Green IT.
The distributor won’t divert from its focus on data and the technology which surrounds it, he says.
In addition, Datastor is investing in its own systems and seeking operational efficiencies. Rosenberg says the company will be ‘eating its own dog food’, having rolled out VMware and centralised its storage infrastructure. This ensures it can speak from experience about the technologies it offers, he says.
