Pos Pos to distribute Motorola

Motorola has appointed POS POS as a trans-Tasman distributor.

It will target the government and health markets, along with a range of other verticals, and is seeking resellers with specialist skills.

“We are already working with channel partners in the point-of-sale (POS) and data capture areas but want to expand our network of resellers to include those with a good understanding of supply chain, wireless LAN and mobile computing technologies,” said Avner Danielli, chief executive officer of POS POS.

Danielli says resellers will look to POS POS to give them advice and technical support to service their customers.

POS POS is developing promotions to attract and support resellers, and will offer training programmes and product bundles including complementary products from the company’s other vendors - such as Wincor Nixdorf and Zebra Technologies.

“The Motorola enterprise mobility and data capture products offer resellers good revenue opportunities,” Danielli says.

Retail sectors such as grocery, fast food and hospitality are strong performers, he says.
