Te Papa goes computer interactive

Te Papa/ Museum of New Zealand in Wellington is seeking a contractor for the development of a multi-media computer interactive (CI) system.

Tender documents show that the system will be used by visitors to the museum as part of an upcoming exhibition.

Contractor tasks will include working with the Te Papa exhibitions team to develop a strong concept for the CI, creating an overall visual design and multi-layered system to allow easy access to the content of the CI by the user.

The contractor will also have to produce short interviews with experts to be used as part of the content.

The successful bidder must have proven experience in working within a museum environment and CI media development.

The deadline for replies is Tuesday, May 12. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 25943.
