Intermec has launched a Printer Service Partner Programme (IPSP) to reward partners who have shown expertise in serving the printer and media marketplace.
The programme will also enable customers to benefit from printer services offered by the company’s partners.
Australia and New Zealand managing director Tony Repaci says the programme will provide customers with the confidence they are receiving end-to-end Intermec printer sales, service and support from their local provider.
Intermec’s IPSP partners have completed a printer certification process, which includes training on fixed printer products.
Each IPSP partner has certified technicians as part of their staff to provide services, including on-site and depot repair services.
“We consider our partners a direct extension of Intermec’s business, enabling us to provide customers with superior solutions to manage their supply chains,” says Repaci.
