Sage is allowing businesses to pay software assurance renewals on a monthly instead of annual basis in what it says in a response to feedback from partners and customers.
The business software vendor says customers want cost-effective and flexible payment options for software, in an economic climate where cashflow management is a priority.
Products eligible for the new pricing include Sage Accpac ERP, Sage Pro ERP, Sage ERP X3, SageCRM, Sage SalesLogix, and Sage Timberline
Sage says the renewal price will be calculated on the full value plus a ten percent administrated fee, with payments pro-rated over 12 month. New Zealand users are currently not offered the direct debit payment option open in Australia.
