Agile’s local customers now have access to a customer service tool through Customers Services Audit.
Called Snapshotz, the application is aimed at businesses looking to identify areas to reduce costs, improve productivity, identify risks or gain a snapshot of where the service area sits at a particular period of time.
Customers Services Audit is also a local company, formed by Deepak Selvaratnam over five years ago to provide management consulting and auditing services.
According to Customers Services Audit, Snapshotz uses a holistic approach to review the workings of a customer service area, covering eight main sections, 29 sub sections and over 500 variables.
The tool will allow Agile’s customers to get a complete view of their customer service environment at an affordable price.
By analysing the results, customers will potentially achieve greater competitive advantage and potential cost savings through using information more effectively or integrating existing technologies.
