Only seven months after been promoted to enterprise vice president for ANZ and ASEAN, Mark Fioretto has left Nortel. The vendor would not say where he had gone to but it is understood he is still in the IT industry.
Fioretto is replaced in the role by Rick Seeto who has been with Nortel for more than 20 years. He returns from three years on assignment in China and Singapore. Seeto has held roles in sales, marketing and product management with the company.
He will be based in Sydney. Seeto also looks after Nortel’s global Enterprise partner programmes.
Nortel underwent global restructuring in January after filing for bankruptcy. ANZ managing director Mark Stevens left the company at the end of January.
