EECA seeks call centre services

The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority wants to appoint a service provider to deliver telecommunication services for its call centre.

The two year contract will begin on Sunday, November 1 with EECA having the option to review and renew the contract after 12 months.

It needs a call centre to help deliver information around various heating programmes to consumers. Most calls to the centre are queries about funding provided through its Energywise programmes. This includes funding for insulation, clean heating, solar water heating and heat pumps.

Insulation and clean heating funding has been allocated for the next four years by the Government.

A shortlist of applications will be chosen to present their ideas for the contact centre to an EECA selection panel. Presentations will be held on Wednesday, September 23.
