Olympic Software signs with Ariba

Spend management services company Ariba has teamed up with Auckland-based business software company Olympic Software to distribute its products locally.

Ariba general manager Jim McParlane says it chose the company due to its 20 years of experience in the market.

“The expertise is global and the support is local. This gives organisations access to on the ground support from a business which has worldwide expertise and resources at its disposal.”

Olympic Software managing director Joe McLeod says the business community was yet to capitalise on what Ariba could offer them.

“Ariba’s technology-based offerings will cut sourcing cycle times, reduce administrative costs and improve the speed time to market.”

According to McLeod, business could see a return on investment within six months.
