Quick Poll: The diversity puzzle

Quick Poll: The diversity puzzle

It's not unusual to see a dominant presence of Pakeha/European males when you look around the room at an IT event. This group has traditionally been over-represented in the sector, especially in senior and technically-oriented roles.

Does the channel need to actively recruit more women, younger workers, and those of other ethnicities, to have a positive image among those who might join its staff in future? Or are there now sufficient opportunties for everyone?
