ERMLive judged a champion product manufacturer

Employee relationship management (ERM) software company ERMLive has picked up its first trophy. It was awarded the Champion Product Manufacturer - Small Business award category at the Champion Canterbury awards in Christchurch recently.

The Christchurch based company was recognised for the international success of its software and a business model designed for sustainable growth.

Founded by Donald Hastie in 2006, ERMLive is a software framework for employee relationship management, including recruitment, health and safety, and payroll. The software integrates with Microsoft Outlook, Office and Customer Relationship Management.

“ERMLive was first implemented in April 2008 and in only 14 months has secured over $6 million of business winning against the world’s largest providers in New Zealand and Australia. We have done so with a small dedicated team of designers working alongside Microsoft New Zealand and their largest partners,” says Hastie.
