Netgear finds local BDM

Kent Dapiere, most recently a product manager for Ingram Micro, has joined Netgear as its New Zealand business development manager.

Netgear country lead Phil Presnall left his role with the vendor in March, returning to distributor Express Data. He spent a year in the role.

Prior to that, James Caldwell was the vendor's New Zealand region manager until January 2008.

In May, ANZ managing director Ryan Parker told Reseller News Presnall would be replaced but that at the time the Australian team was supporting the New Zealand business and he was visiting here regularly.

Reseller News has been unable to get comment from Dapiere nor Parker.
